Attorney Scott Burns is licensed to practice law in Wisconsin.  He received his B.A. degree in Business Management from Hartwick College (1981), a Master of Business Administration degree (Finance concentration) from the College of William and Mary (1983), and his J.D. degree from Marquette University Law School (1996).  He also received the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Cash Manager (CCM) professional designations.
